Financial Aid Programs

KCFOA offers two different financial aid programs for Kittitas County residents: 

1. Spay/neuter and veterinary cost assistance for low-income residents

   • • • To qualify, your household income must fall under HUD's "low income" threshold.

2. Financial assistance for veterinary expenses, including spay/neuter, for qualifying individuals

   • • • To qualify, you must be unable to pay for the treatment on your own AND be a United States veteran or a senior citizen 65+ or a youth age 17 and younger

       • Animal must be a pet or service animal that provides mental health support
